The problem. Supervisors at a precision machining shop had no live view of their CNC machines. Uptime, part counts and alarms were only known after someone walked the floor.

The product. A read-only shop-floor analytics app that shows every machine's status, spindle load, shift output and alarm history on a phone. The client's brand colours can be changed in Settings.

The problem. Energy projects involve clients, planners and site engineers, and each group kept its own spreadsheets, schedules and reports.

The product. One project cockpit with Gantt, Kanban, documents, schedules, analytics and daily progress reports (DPR). Each person sees only the projects and data their role allows.

The problem. Site engineers often work where there's no signal, so progress updates got delayed, lost or entered twice.

The product. A field app that saves every update on the device and syncs it when a connection returns. Each update is hashed so it can never be recorded twice, and the app handles sync conflicts.
